Description

The blacktop connecting our driveway to the street has degraded extensively. I have giant pothole on one side of the driveway and the other is losing parts quickly. The runoff from my neighbor's driveway across the street and from the street itself are washing away the dirt on the sides of my driveway.
I would also like to know who I should contact about the possibility of storm gutters going across the front of the house. Thank you
