Bobby Bratton and I met with Mr. Laughon on February 17. The Town will create a "speed bump" with asphalt along his neighbor's lower driveway apron, which appears to be where the water is washing over. This is pending Mr. Laughon's neighbor's agreement - Mr. Laughon agreed to talk with his neighbor about it. The work will occur after the asphalt plants begin production; we anticipate sometime in late March but it is weather dependent. We also agreed to do some blading immediately below Mr. Laughon's driveway to prevent runoff from breaking across Briarbridge Ln, instead directing it to the upstream side of the culvert crossing under Briarbridge Ln.
