about 2 years a tree uplifted out of the ground, took some power lines down, ripped the side walk up, this wonderful city STILL has not fixed it, the parks and rec "horses" are still sitting there! Makes ya wonder WHY property taexes are so high here! certainly not being used for repairs! Oh, thats right! the money is used for city officials to have "work" vehicles!
