Description

City investigated an illegal apartment 4 months ago. Owner was told they could not rent it . As of 1-23 it appears they have a person living in the apartment. House is zoned R1. I have reached out to the building inspector and ward councilor and am waiting for a response. I would appreciate a response as to what the city intends to do. Thanks
