Description
There remain 4 large trash and recycling bins and assorted other objects on the sidewalk throughout the week at 40-42 Pardee Place. The situation has now worsened, not improved. The residents at 48 Pardee Place have ceased taking their cans in each week, and the residents at 36-38 Pardee Place have joined their neighbors in violating the regulations by leaving their toters on the sidewalk all week. Can Livable City Initiative (LCI) and/or any other city entity get involved to successfully enforce the regulations for safe sidewalks at this time please? The situation has become worse, and is now treacherous not only at 40 Pardee Place but all the way from 36 Pardee through 48 Pardee.

This issue has not been effectively addressed. Please not only leave this issue open, but take the most effective and immediate action possible to get the residents to comply.
Treacherous conditions are caused and sustained by their flagrant violation of the regulations, and should be immediately addressed as I have been reporting this for over six months on this website. Not all residents necessarily enjoy or have fun while adhering to the regulations, but take the few moments and expend the energy to do it anyway. Why do these residents behave as if the regulations do not apply to them, and why exactly are these residents being given preferential treatment by the City? If there is some other government body who can take effective action and ensure compliance, which body is that? Thank you.
