Description

Owners of 38 Crown dumped all snow from the entire block of sidewalks onto Crown St .- completely blocking all parking spaces

Isn't there a parking ban anyway?

I am sure the parking ban does not mean that people should pile snow into public parking spots that have already been cleared. The parking ban is meant to allow the city to clean a high-traffic area curb to curb, and dumping snow just makes it worse.
Hope that clears up the confusion.
