Description

Turning left onto S.P.R from Hearn Ave is a stressful and dangerous game of chicken. There is no dedicated left turn lane nor left turn light. You have to watch the people on the other side who may or may not turn left regardless of their turn signal. I've been cut off many times. I live in the neighborhood to the west and there is no easy way to get onto northbound S.P.R. I wish Hearn
Ave here had left turn lights or a dedicated lane. I think an accident or injury will inevitably happen here, but I hold out little hope of it being fixed due to the economy.
