Silver car is illegally parked between the two signs that clearly say "No Parking Between Signs." The car has situated itself in such a way as to make exiting Rockland Park extremely difficult. If a car were to slide in the snow when exiting Rockland Park, the driver would have a choice of hitting a telephone pole or this inconsiderate imbecile's car. Emergency vehicles would not be able to exit Rockland Park easily due to this car. This is a safety issue.
