Whitney Ave, going both ways, is riddled with potholes and cracks in the pavement and it makes riding a bicycle on the side of the road almost impossible. It is especially bad that Whitney has such bad pavement because Humphrey Street's bicycle lane dumps you out onto Whitney and you're stuck dealing with the dangerous bumps and ruts while riding with heavy traffic.
