The eastern end of the road (from Bill Bell to Sturgis) was resurfaced last year when it didn't really need it, just because they added a turn lane at Sturgis. The rest of the road (along the ridge from Bill Bell to S Donaghey) is in much worse shape. Beyond needing to be resurfaced, it also needs to be widened to accommodate all the joggers/runners and cyclists who use it.
