@Ken: There are hundreds of alley repair requests on this site. And none of them are being fixed. The City claims their equipment is in need of repair. If you go back in history, you will see that people are not waiting months, but years with nothing being done.
Potholes on the street are taking priority but they too are not being done in a timely manner. Tires and car alignments are destroyed on a daily basis.
Please call the Mayor today to complain. His number is 646-7970. Don't speak to an assistant. Insist on speaking to the Mayor himself.

This team has had problems with equipment breakage in regards to motor graders that break and need repair and may have broken again and back in the shop. Also members of the Alley Team are engaged in leaf and/ or snow removal services right now. Regardless, please know the City of Richmond is endeared to addressing your alley repair needs as soon as possible and this case file is still under review and being continually monitored for servicing. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at 804-646-7000. We appreciate your communication that helps us in “Building The Best Richmond” together.

Could you please explain why an issue is closed when it has not been repaired. It would seem appropriate to keep an issue open no matters what the excuses are for why something has not been repaired.
Also please be sure the potholes in N Mulberry St at the intersection of the alley are also repaired.
Could you also please provide a time frame for the repairs to be made. One hole is so deep I am considering going to the asphalt plant myself and getting a five gallon container of asphalt and fixing it myself. If you had to drive the alley everyday you would understand.
