Hobo encampment! LOL

Unfortunately, the encampment's been there off and on for a long time. The cops come and roust the indigents out and two weeks later, it's business as usual. I think along with the authorities doing a sweep of the area (including the underpass at 55th between Shattuck and Telegraph), there should also be members from community support services to show them they have other options besides living in the rodent infested (seen 'em) ivy.

Snapnkrakl, when homeless are asked to move they are offered shelter assistance.
