We have two enforcement actions pending on this property. A report was made to City Council on this today. The Inspections Department is diligently pursuing this, but due process requirements before ordering the demolition of private property sometimes take some time. Please be assured that unless the Council chooses to extend the deadline we will follow up and the property will either be repaired and returned to code compliance or demolished.
