Description

Gas company came out to check for gas leaks due to rotten smell. Everything checked out he mentioned it smelled like sewer. The close we got to sidewalk the stronger the smell got

The DWP Technician responded Friday 02/05 and tested the manholes in the area. There were no detectable sewer gases at any of the manholes. The Technician did identify a potential odor that appeared to be on private property. The report has been forwarded to Code Enforcement for review. For questions regarding private property Code Enforcement can be reached at 951-739-4970 and for any questions regarding the testing of the manholes and findings DWP can be reached at 951-736-2234.
