Why did it take 3 days to respond? This is a public safety and health emergency? Our residents are falling and injuring themselves due to the negligence of NJ Transit (for not shoveling) and you (for not responding sooner). Please escalate this to a supervisor, issue a fine to NJ Transit and let us know who is accountable for ensuring this doesn’t happen again. Looking forward to your detailed and prompt response.
