Can you please provide a better location? I walked the entire path from Edgewood to Millwood and did not observe the issue.

If you walk the northeast path from Hightrail Dr. and go north up the hill towards the Leisurewood neighborhood, at the top of the hill before you go over the small bridge (headed to the basketball court) it's on the left and on the right are the Southland Ct. properties.
