Mr. Rooter representative has tried to remove blockage and cannot get his tool to penetrate this time. Approximate 50 feet from foundation to blockage. Approximately 20 feet from foundation to street.

Sewer backup is not resolved. I am still trying to connect with the superintendent. Fletcher Sewer and Drain came and put a tracker in the pipe yesterday afternoon and have marked the street at the location of the blockage 4.5 feet into the street from the curb. Blockage cannot be removed mechanically. Please get in touch with me on a path to resolution.

Issue not resolved. Fletcher has marked location in the street of the backup. Need to be contacted about resolution as soon as possible.
