person in subaru plate ca-6cdc616 often parks in front of no parking anytime sign. this blocks the road up to our driveway and 4 other houses since the opposite side is ok to park.
when asked not to park there, she insisted that parking ahead of the sign was legal, she was literally an inch ahead of the sign. however, there is another no parking sign further down, indication she should not park between the signs, but she ignores. this is a recurring problem for the 5 houses uphill.
