Several years ago the county came in to cut the roots of a tree in front of my home. The roots had grown under the sidewalk buckling sections which the county replaced resulting in no drainage of rain/snow causing puddling. This puddling has frozen over presenting a serious hazard to my numerous neighbors who walk the neighborhood since the shutdown. In addition one section of the sidewalk has buckled and protrudes 2” causing a tripping hazard. All these issues began when the county replaced sections of concrete sidewalk. I’d like the puddling addressed as quickly as possible and salt is a corrosive to concrete so please have the drainage addressed. I’m forwarding this notice to my attorney to counter any liability against anyone who might fall. I can forward photos if you desire.
