Description

Neighbor has two dogs, never on leashes, roams the neighborhood causing problems, running in front of cars, and the NON STOP Barking. This has been going on for years, you call the police they come and tell the owner that they can't leave the dog unleashed and blah, blah... But they still continue to do it. In the summer can't enjoy your yard because of the barking. And one extremely cold night in Jan. Dog was left outside til 2am freezing and barking. Cops did nothing.

I know exactly who are talking about on this one, don't dare say anything either to this neighbor cause she gets really mean and nasty, I heard her threaten another neighbor about this same incident when the neighbor ask her to please bring her dog in because the dog had been outside for over three hours non stop barking. I could never live right next door to this neighbor, the dog is God Awful. You can't enjoy your yard living next to this one. All summer long and all winter long that is all you hear is this little dog barking non stop, or roaming the neighbor almost getting hit by cars and chasing people/kids when they walk or ride bikes. Police don't do anything about it but give a warning. How many warnings do they get ?

When are you people going to go to the dog control officer and make numerous complaints. it is their job to keep the peace in your neighborhood, not the police department. and if you have not gotten satisfactory results let the supervisor know what is going on.

I live in Halcyon Park. I never saw or heard this dog(s). You should just call the dog warden. That's what they're paid to do.

Dog waren has been called, police have been called, they just give a warning. This has been gone for awhile, I am hoping if I put it on here that maybe something will finally get done.

nOW YOU MUST GO TO THE SPCA AND REPORT CRUELTY TO ANIMALS. AND/OR THE NEXT STEP IS ALSO BRINGING THE OFFENDER INTO COURT WITH A LAW SUIT.FOR DISTURBING THE PEACE, HAVE AFFIDAVIDS SIGNED AND NOTORIZED ABOUT WHAT YOU HAVE ATTEMPTED TO DO TO CORRECT THE SITUATION. GOOD LUCK

Are you referring to me? I live in near here. I have two dogs. Yes they are outside a lot. I also have a fenced in yard with a locked gate. They are never out there all day and night. Yes, they bark. Don't most dogs? They are never non stop barking. They bark when they see another dog. And never left my dogs out in the coldest weather for long periods of time. I have never had the police here. Seriously, you need a life. Stay out of everyone elses business. Worry about your own family. Anud if you have something to say you obviously you know where I live so come talk to me. And "D" no one in the neighborhood has ever came to talk to me about my dogs being too loud. Get A Life!

The next time you see that dog out there freezing and barking, CALL an animal abuse line of some kind instead of the police. Tell someone this is ongoing and nobody does anything about the problem. ALSO, you might want to get one of those hand held devices that will quiet a dog when you push a button. My cousin has one and he can get his dog to stop barking once he pushes a button. They are pretty cheap and you can get them in places like Walgreen's. Get one for yourself and/or that neighbor. Ask the neighbor to use a muzzle or something to help stop the NOISE.

This is just a neighbor who has grudge against another neighbor, there is no issues with pets left unattended, or nor is there any harm or neglect against these pets. They are well taken care of.
