Description

A pothole (more a potgulch) spans the width of the right-hand lane of 17th between P and Mass. This lane is the one most used by bicycle commuters. The pothole forces cyclists to slow down dramatically (increasing risk of a rear-end collision) or merge into the center lane (where traffic is much faster).
