Plese resfurace Dequindre. The Northbound lanes are just horrible. Why is it that just the Macomb county side (Northbound) of the road is tore up and the Oakland county side (Southbound) is fine?? If i'm not mistaken, this concrete is less than 10 years old, did Macomb county just contract it out to the lowest bidder???
There has been more than enough temporay patching. You can see all of the asphalt patch piled on the sides of the road. Who is the genious that decided to use asphalt patch on concrete?!?!?! It does not work!!!!! This road has been in horrible condition for the last 3 years, please just fix it once and for all!!
