I was driving in the first lane on i-95 Southbound . Just before Exit 14. The location of the pot hole is in the first lane , just before driving under the bridge and a few feet before before exit 14.I saw a big white Van drive over it first and then he swerved . I then tried to avoid the huge hole but couldn't do anything else but drive over it myself because there were to-many cars on the road because of snow that day n traffic.
The damage was very bad. The rim was bent and the new tire was blown out . The hole was a deep huge hole. The gentleman at the gas station said I was the 3rd car that morning that had this same issues with that pot hole. How do I go about getting reimbursed for this matter? My car is at a shop with the defective
