The city also needs to look in the easement. Chunks of asphalt pavement dumped in the easement. This is city property NOT the city dump.

This is typical slum lord Richard Martin mess. He owns it, he's constantly fined and has many liens all over the city across his, I believe, 7 real estate businesses. The city is doing what it can, but the laws aren't written in favor of government control so it's a long, drawn out process we all suffer for. Don't bother going across the street to his office, he doesn't care and might even retaliate.

The pile of trash is still sitting out on the front lawn since before Feb. 10. The furniture was picked up but a pile of trash is still there. Please have sanitation pick up.

trash building up in the yard again once again Trashes been sitting out front for a couple of weeks now this person thanks our neighborhood it is his dumping grounds and sure wish there was legal actions that could be taken against him the city could just take his property from them

Property owner needs to be held accountable for allowing his workers and tenents to dump their unwanted trash out on front lawn. What if everyone did this???? I would think this is against the law.
