I have inspected the condition desribed and agree that it is a hazardous condition. Although it does meet the standards for a Property Maintenance Violation I will send it to the Police Department as it seems to require immediate corrective action.

The CT DOT was notified of this hazard today, 2/12/14 at 9:51am.

I received information that this limb is still present. I will be contacting State DOT again.

I contacted State DOT on February 19, 2014 at 4:04pm. They are sending out a supervisor and/or crew to evaluate the tree. They will contact the police department of their findings.

State DOT will be there tomorrow (February 20, 2014) in the am to remove this tree limb. They were unable to remove the limb the past couple of days because of the snow storms.

This hazardous limb has been removed! Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
