plenty of people don't have a choice. It's been several days since the last snowfall. There's no reason this shouldn't be plowed by now.

I have only seen 1 or 2 people riding a bike in the freezing weather and they have been the homeless people and birdman out looking for cans and other stuff for his apartment!

and those people deserve to have safe routes of travel just as much as people on foot or who can afford cars.
