Sidewalk is raised several inches. Has been patched multiple times. It has been marked for replacement and it has been over two years this has been going on.
Three unapproved trees were removed to help resolve main sewer line intrusion at 1027 & 1033 Norma court but the damages still exist on the sidewalk.

I understand the resolution is this was included in a May bid package and will be replaced. Is this correct? While it has been temporarily patched again it is at a 23 degree angle and needs to be replaced.
If it is part of the May bid package wouldn't it stay open until resolved?
