At least six times a year, the Dolphin alarm system goes off. (I've called the Natick Police about this noise and they've informed me that it's the Dolphin.) Usually this occurs late evening or before dawn. It's an extremely loud cross between a beeping and a siren. Typically it goes on for at least 30 minutes.

I live about 2 blocks away and it wakes me up. I know that there is no noise ordinance in the Town Center, but surely, in this day and age of modern technology, the alarm can be sent via text, email, auto-dialed, etc.

By the way, while I understand all the concerns about the late night snow plowing (and have dealt with the issue for 7+ years myself), better that no snow removal that ties up traffic in the morning in my opinion.
