Agreed, the noise is very disruptive.

Wondering if there is some law against people putting snow onto the street or sidewalk when clearing out their driveways or parking lots. I see this all the time and find it thoroughly annoying, sometimes dangerous when someone puts so much snow on the road or sidewalk that people can't pass safely. Also wonder if people should be clearing the sidewalk in front of their houses instead of relying on the town to do it for them. Growing up, my father would always tell us kids that it is our civic duty and had us do it since the town did not have the capacity to do it at that time.
