Washington and Ringling intersection is a BATTLE ZONE. Paint a WHITE LINE on Washington in the boulevard so the drivers form (2) lanes and don't bloke west bound Ringling.
All cars coming from Long Boat Key on Washington must turn RIGHT

S. wesr this website is POS compared to Manatee county so I will proceed with the solution I was lock out of above. Make the Washington traffic turn RIGHT to make a U turn on Adams so that the Washington traffic is not clogged. Get out from behind your desk and look at the intersection if it isn't too much trouble.
