Description

There are many mornings, including today, where the traffic signal at Valley and Blake, coming from Valley onto Blake, has inconsistent cycling. The signal for traffic on Blake will cycle through from green to red, however when it turns red, it will cycle again for Blake, with the signal for Valley Street staying red. It backs up traffic well past Emerson Street. It also causes some of the more cavalier operators to run the red light, cut into traffic, etc. This does not happen every day which is also odd.
