Hi Jennifer. There have been recent discussions regarding this corner, and the vision is for a public facility building to be built here. However, discussions are still ongoing and there are no concrete plans at this time.

Can’t something be done to make it look decent until then? That seems like years away. Those blue tarps aren’t going to last that long!

This is not what Gilbert should look like. It’s just land take the ripped blue tarps and fence down until you do something.
