Description

The area between Holmes and the top of the 565 overpass is a dirty mess. The obvious source is the vehicles rolling through all the mud at the recycle business. When it's wet, the debris hides the road markings which are being worn off the asphalt. When it's dry the debris is a dust cloud from cars passing over in either direction. It seems the business needs to pave the area the trucks are rolling through close to the public street. Adding gravel to the area is what has been done before. It all looks horrible and functionally speaking, it isn't working.
