On 10 February, Sunfire Properties INC began tree removal on lot adjacent to my home at 2722 Cheswolde. My front yard on the side by the empty lot was destroyed, bushes were removed and debris (dirt and rocks) were left on the walk way leading up to my house. When I returned home, there was a chainsaw, gas can and other tools and equipment left on the walk on the side of my house laying next to my daughter's tricycle. I spoke to the developer, who was unresponsive to my concerns. RIght from the start there are serious safety concerns with the project, and my home value (and all adjacent values) will decline with an irresponsible developer in the neighborhood.
