the cops always come at the wromg time. I could be sitting on my porch with a beer and they come harrassing innocent people. I've witnessed them harrassing my fellow neighbors when they were just minding their business. This has to stop. Residents cant even sit on their own porch without them slowing down in front of you like everyone is a criminal. The only criminals is them!!!!!!!!Licensed Criminals
