Not sure if this is the correct way to request this, but this three way stop is an accident waiting to happen. Vehicles ignore the stop signs the majority of time and it is right next to a park/playground that can be quiet busy. Only a handful of people actually even slow down at this intersection and the majority only stop when another vehicle is approaching from one of the other directions (if they see them). If possible, adding speed bumps would greatly enhance the safety of the kids who play in this area.
