Description

At 932am on Wed. 10-28-09, a large white NH Public Works truck #125 was speeding in a 25mph and driving recklessly, almost causing an accident on Q Ave. - it was raining, wt and there were slippery leaves everywhere on top of it - bad conditions to try to stop such a big truck. there was no front license plate, so I couldn't get a plate #.
