Hello Natick,

My name is Gang Liu, the resident of 7 spring valley Rd. I am writing to inquire about the possibility to open a new natural gas line to Spring valley Rd as the source of winter house warming. At current, Natural gas is not available and we use propane. In addition to the low efficiency of propane to generate heat, the cost is becoming a big concern for my family. The latest bill for our propane consumption is over $1000 for just two weeks as the price of propane increased to $4.7 per gallon(last year was over $2 per gallon). That means it costs nearly $2000 for a one-month heat. We can not afford it.

We really want to have the natural gas available to our street. And by that way, we will save huge amount of money and also have a warmer home.
