I live near this intersection and strongly agree with this suggestion. There seems to be no reason that a flashing yellow arrow can be provided for northbound US-41 traffic wanting to turn west onto Bay Street. What's happening now is that folks living in the south half of the neighborhood skip the most direct route to their homes using Bay Street, and instead travel further north before turning west and looping back through the neighborhood. This creates unnecessary in-neighborhood traffic on Pine Ave and other streets.

I agree with others. This has been an ongoing issue for a long time. Please consider the change.
