As of today, @9:00am the Bus Stop on Shattuck Street is only have done from the last storm. The area from the fire hydrant to the middle of the No Parking Tow Area has not been done. The snow removal from the curb to the snow bank on the sidewalk has not been cleared, with that being said with the next storm coming could we please remove the snow starting at the fire hydrant located on Shattuck Street in front of Subway all the way to the LRTA Bus stop needs to be removed. We have a couple of different types of city buses and the regular one has the ramp at the front of the bus while the trolley type has the ramp at the end of the bus, so when they need to pull in against the curb and let the ramps come down the trolley type is in the rear and is closer to the first No Parking Tow Area sign and the regular large bus has it at the front which lets it down near the LRTA sign this is why that whole area needs to be cleared. I don't know if it has been a new driver , because I spoke with the one that normally does the removal and I thought he new the whole area needs to be cleared. I hope this will happen this time around and don't have to keep sending messages.

I know you guys are working hard but I want to make sure you remove the snow from the fire hydrant all the way to the LRTA Bus Stop sign as of 9:15 am I could not get on the Trolley City Bus as there was a snow bank almost as high as my wheelchair. I want to remind you the buses take up 21/2 parking spots and we need the snow removed off the siewalk and away from the curb starting at the fire hydrant which is the First NO PARKIN TOW AREA sign to the second or middle NO PARKING TOW AREA sign which happens to be the bicycle loop to chain up the bikes that are to the Bus Stop sign was done so only half was done this morning. We are expected to get another storm tomorrow.

LRTA Bus Stop on Shattuck Street as of this morning at 9:00 am the snow removal from the sidewalk starting at the fire hydrant down still has not been removed. When the Trolley City Bus pulls up against the curb parallel parking the driver cannot let the ramp down as it is in the back of the bus. The snow bank is in the way. If the driver wants to contact me to show where it needs to be removed I am willing to show him. The regular city bus can pick people up as the ramp is in the front but you do not know if it will be the Trolley or Regular Bus for pick up or drop off. Once again when removing the snow at this stop you need to start at the fire hydrant and continue to the LRTA bus stop sign it is 2 1/2 parking spots. I thought I have been addressing this issue for quite sometime now. Thanks for your attention on this matter.
