Description

Traffic light at Park Blvd. & 131 St. ( Park & Oakhurst Rd)for main roads excessively long (5min) while minor roads 131 St & Oakhurst, long green even while no traffic present! Green light on Park ridiculously short (20 seconds)! Traffic backs up horribly!!!!!
