I second this. As far as I can tell its been ticketed 3 times during parking bans. How long before the city will tow it?

Found out this car actually has an owner. An eccentric owner who refuses to dig it out or cover the broken window.

This should not be closed until the car is towed away!!!

If it's a resident they're also avoiding property taxes and in violation of law requiring them to register their car in CT after 90 days.
