Dangerous sidewalk narrowed by unchecked shrubs. The shrubs cover all but a small area of the sidewalk on morganton/hay making it dangerous for people with pets, small children or baby carriages. overgrown conditions continue on the sidewalk at the same residence on Magnolia. Please cut back the growth so no one gets killed by oncoming traffic.
