Descrizione

The School Zone speed limit sign does not flash for the 20mph limit when needed (at arrival and dismissal). Specifically, the sign at the intersection of Dedham and Walnut has not functioned at the right time for more than a year. Every morning trucks speed through the school zone at 40mph when kids are arriving at 8:20am.
