Still full of garbage, should be public works. Overgrown, should be Vegetation Control, still not maintained should be Parks and Recreation, sidewalk still a mess, should be public works.
And NO ONE at the City is responsible enough to get them all out on site at one time to figure out who to pass a shovel to.
Good thing we do not have real floods in Richmond, yall would be fighting and shirking off who was suppose to fill the sand bags to save your own lives.

Still full of trash
Still full of overgrowth
Still not accessable
Still cluttered by couch cushions, concrete rubble, piles of garbage taller than a vehicle, bails of construction fencing, bottles, cans, containers, car parts, logs, and anything else that belongs in a dump not on a cemetery.

3/20/2014 - Service Review: This section is not cemetery but actually a DPW facility yard off of the two dead ends for N 38th & Canepa. Code Enforcement does no have jurisdiction to site these two location. These matters have both been assigned via DPW Solid Waste to check both dead end sections for misc dumped items needing to be cleared. Grounds Mgmt noted this location was cleared for vegetation debris blocking the sidewalk as of 2/24/2014 and the vegetation was cut back to reopen alley access. Solid Waste Mgmt noted this location was cleaned for misc dumped items on 3/19/2014 - these case files are closed - please always remember, there should be one ticket for each event at each location for Richmond City to begin looking into a matter, please refrain from putting multiple items on one ticket or multiple tickets online for the exact event at the exact address - rtt

Than you for cleaning what you did, but would be nice to have whomever in the tangle of departments come clear out the grounds and restore the CEMETERY.

So if you are saying this is Not a Cemetery...
Please explain to us all how we have headstones on this lot, and the Richmond City Records shows that this was a Burial Ground prior to DPW annexing the land.
