Thanks for reporting your issue. It has been assigned to the most appropriate department and will be handled in the order it was received. We review all non-emergency concerns Monday – Friday during normal businesses hours.
MPD will dispatch an officer, when they are available, to make contact with the property owner. We are sorry that the original request was closed and has not been addressed yet.

Observed the blocked crosswalk. Attempted to contact the resident at 25 Glendale Road, however resident was not home. We will follow up with the resident via phone.

Made contact with the homeowner, who advised he is out of town. Homeowner indicated he would take care of it in the next day or two when he returns to town. We will follow-up to ensure snow is removed.
