Description

This is not unusual. This is on the corner of S9th street and Central Ave. The garbage is on S9th street the address is central ave. Its always like this. Homeowners cant catch a break. we cant get rid of the rats because of property owners like this. Shameful. Dont let them tell you its because of the snow. There is always garbage overflowing here.
