The code officer observed a vehicle for sale this morning. The ordinance allows a citizen to sell two cars per calendar year. Therefore, we will need to collect evidence (photos) of those cars he sells. If more than two, we will have to submit a Probable Cause Affidavit to the prosecutor. If you see any additional (different vehicles) for sale, please contact me ASAP.

Oh man, the mazda pic I had from last week was too dark so i threw it away. But here is one from Yesterday...
I did notice today was the first day they didnt have 3 cars (only 1) parked on the grass to the left of the driveway and no car was for sale this am, but this was from yesterday morning.

It didnt show the last one going through. I had other pics but at the time was only interested in HC, until I realized almost no one knows that this is not Haltom and the 1st, 2nd and 4th house from the corner of Tourist going north on 377 had cars in yards and it appreared to be growing.

If you want to submit photos please keep in mind that in order for us to use them, you will need to show up in court and testify. Most people don't want to be identified so it's left up to the code officer to get the evidence. Your choice.

I dont know why my posts are coming up as from davey89. Im Innocent bystander. But Lets see what happens. If the code enforcement would pass by the area, they could catch enough info themselves. Its nice to see a rep working weekends. Thanks.
