Description

The smell is still there.This is an ongoing problem. The smell of sewage is emitting from storm dreams and sewage pipes. I walk around the neighborhood with my dog every day and it is totally foul smelling. It’s a square block from pearl street to Russell St.,. This problem has been going on for years.
