Description
You cannot access the parking kiosks unless you walk between the parked cars and moving traffic to either end of the snow banks. This looks pretty common throughout downtown. Perhaps a path can be cleared next to each kiosk during the parking ban so no cars are in the way.

In the lot on Dummer St. next to Hellenic American School the parking kiosk was inaccessible this morning because of the snow piled around it.
The kiosk on Market near spaces 1261/1262 was not operational--the buttons seemed to be frozen.
